Thefinal restricted free agent left in the 2012 NBA free agent class isoff the market.

Powerforward Ivan Johnson has agreed to re-sign with the AtlantaHawks, CSNNW.com has learned.

Theundrafted forward who played one season at the University of Oregonbefore transferring to Cal State-SanBernardino,has accepted the Hawks' offer of one-year, 962,195.

TheHawks extended a qualifying offer to Johnson in early July givingthem the right to match an offer sheet signed by Johnson and theHawks would have had three days to match.

Johnson,28, is expected to have a significant role off the bench under headcoach Larry Drew and could set himself up to have aninteresting off-season as an unrestricted free agent next summer.

In56 games during his 2011-12 rookie season, Johnson averaged 6.4points per game, 4.1 rebounds, and shot 51 percent from the field.
