LA: No sense of invincibility

CLEVELAND – After the Portland Trail Blazers 119-116 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers on Tuesday night, LaMarcus Aldridge underwent a fluoroscopy scan on his bothersome right hand.

The results came back negative for a fracture and CSNNW.com is told that the scan was simply a precautionary procedure. Fluoroscopy is a form of an X-ray that provides real time moving images of the internal structure of an individual.

Aldridge, I’m told, has been experiencing minor pain in his right hand over the last few weeks, but he has done an excellent job in hiding it considering he is a back-to-back Western Conference Player of the Week honoree.

The two-time All-Star isn’t expected to miss any time due to this lingering injury.
