PORTLAND, Ore. (August 14, 2013) – The Portland Trail Blazers announced their seven-game NBA preseason schedule today, highlighted by three games in the newly named Moda Center (formerly the Rose Garden) versus Western Conference rivals Los Angeles Clippers, Phoenix and Sacramento.

Portland will open the preseason with two games in the Moda Center starting with the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday, October 7 followed by the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday, October 9.

Portland will then play host to the Utah Jazz on Friday, October 11 at Century Link Arena in Boise, Idaho, home of the Trail Blazers’ NBA Development League affiliate the Idaho Stampede.

The Trail Blazers then travel to Utah on Wednesday, October 16 to take on the Jazz at Energy Solutions Arena followed by the Los Angeles Clippers on Friday, October 18 at the Staples Center.

Portland’s last home preseason game is Sunday, October 20 versus the Sacramento Kings and the Trail Blazers conclude the exhibition season on the road against the Golden State Warriors at Oracle Arena on Thursday, October 24.
