According to Alex Kennedy from BasketballInsiders.com, Devion Berry will join the Trail Blazers for summer league in Las Vegas:

Berry played two years for Weber State, the same college Damian Lillard hails from, where as a senior he was the Big Sky Conference MVP. A 6'4'' guard/forward from Oakland, CA (same as Lillard), Berry averaged 19.2pts and 4.2 rebounds per game last season over the course of 31 games while shooting 46.4% from the floor and 38.9% from the three point line.

Based on recent reports, Berry joins Keith Appling, Jonathan Gibson, Bobby Brown and Craig Brackins as players who will join the Blazer reserves on the summer league team. It is expected that Will Barton, Allen Crabbe, Joel Freeland, Meyers Leonard, CJ McCollum and Thomas Robinson will all partake in summer league.
