Update: Trail Blazers say Thomas Robinson suffered a ligament tear.

LAS VEGAS – Portland Trail Blazers forward Thomas Robinson will miss the remainder of Summer League to repair an injured right thumb, a league source informed CSNNW.com.

Robinson, 23, will exit Las Vegas in the morning, we’re told. He injured his thumb towards the end of the third quarter of Monday’s 91-76 rout of the Atlanta Hawks when he tried to break his fall.

The 6-10 power forward told reporters after the game that X-rays taken came back negative. Apparently, that wasn't the case.

He ended the game with eight points, seven rebounds, five assists and five steals. Robinson averaged 16.5 points, 9.5 rebounds per game in three games during Summer League.
