Oregon, OSU Players Headed to NFL Scouting Combine

Thursday, the NFL released its official invitation list for the 2013 scouting combine.

On the list includes 5 players from the University of Oregon and 2 from Oregon State list includes five Oregon Ducks and two Oregon State Beavers.

OREGON
LB Kiko Alonso
RB Kenjon Barner
S John Boyett
DE Dion Jordan
OL Kyle Long

OREGON STATE
DB Jordan Poyer
WR Markus Wheaton

For Oregon, Dion Jordan has the most potential on the draft board, projected to go in the first round. Kyle Long finds himself somewhere in the second round, while Kiko Alonso and Kenjon Barner lie somewhere in the 4th round. Michael Clay, who was not invited to the combine, falls in the draft board late, 7th round. Recent grads John Boyett and Jackson Rice would likely come out of the draft undrafted, would have to settle for free agency.

For Oregon State, both Jordan Poyer and Markus Wheaton could go in the second round.

The combine will be held Feb. 20-26 in Indianapolis
