LA gives injury update
TUALATIN -- It hasn't been the best 48 hours for the Portland Trail Blazers.
Wednesday night, LaMarcus Aldridge exited practice after straining his left quad and Will Barton on Thursday, suffered a concussion.
Friday, Dorell Wright left practice early with a dislocated right middle finger and Earl Watson sustained a left calf contusion.
Head coach Terry Stotts isn't sure on the severity or when either two will return to action.
Aldridge, did, however, practice today, though Stotts says he went “light” in halfcourt drills.
“I feel better,” Aldridge said. “When it first happened, I was scared because I've never felt that before. But it felt good today.”
Aldridge said he's in no hurry to rush back being that it's the preseason.
Barton did not practice, per the league's concussion protocol, but he said he feels 110 percent and is waiting the process out.
