Batum earned his second career triple-double going for 20 points, 10 rebounds and a career-high 12 assists. Damian Lillard provided 20 points and Wesley Matthews chipped in 18 points.
Blake Griffin had a game-high 24 points to go along with eight rebounds and 10 assists. Jamal Crawford scored 16 of his 19 points in the second half.
The Trail Blazers (22-21) held a 13-point lead with 4:50 left in the third quarter until the Clippers made their run and eventually took a 90-89 lead with 5:56 remaining in the fourth off a Matt Barnes put-back lay-in.
