Tim Duncan's thoughts on Aldridge and Lillard

HOUSTON – The Western Conference All-Stars led by Los Angeles' Chris Paul, topped the Eastern Conference 143-138 at the Toyota Center.
Paul ended the game with 20 points, 15 assists and four steals. Kevin Durant had a game-high 30 points.
Carmelo Anthony led the East with 26 points and 11 boards.
Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge officially made his second All-Star appearance tonight, finishing the game with 0 points, four rebounds, two blocks and one assist in 11 minutes.
San Antonio's Tim Duncan – played eight minutes – was the only player on the West who played less minutes than Aldridge.
