Portland, Oregon--- The home court Stott Center continues to be a friendly place for the Portland State Vikings as they won their third game in row on their home floor Saturday afternoon over the UC Riverside Highlanders, 66-58.
Portland State won the game at the free throw line by once again having a stellar day there, making 18-23, as compared to the Highlanders, who shot 44 percent from the line, 8-18. Portland State led the game at halftime, 33-26.
The Vikings were led in scoring by Michael Harthun with 15 points. Aaron Moore had a game high nine rebounds. Chris Patton led the Highlanders in scoring with 22 points.
The next action for Portland State comes Thursday night when North Dakota makes their first ever appearance as a Big Sky member. Tipoff is scheduled for 7:35 in the final home game of the year for the Vikings.
