First, Cameron Hunt flips, as expected, from Cal to Oregon (!). Now, 4-Star Torrodney Prevot commits to the Ducks over USC and Texas A&M.

The 4-Star DE out of Aleif Taylor (Texas) is a huge score and one of the biggest surprises today,

From Duck Territory, "GigEm247 analyst Taylor Hamm was on scene and witnessed Prevot signing his paperwork. Prevot had previously been very media friendly with most reporters. However after his visit to Oregon he shut it down and went underground....He declined numerous interviews, even contact at his campus.

"It was crazy, it's been crazy for me," Prevot said. "When I was a freshman, people would tell me to do something different. Oregon is the best place for me."

This is definitely a big "get" for the Ducks, but according to SB Nation, he’s still a bit of a project:

“Since he is undersized at right around 200 pounds, Prevot is a developmental project at defensive end, with some questioning whether or not he will ever reach a mass that will allow him to even play a weakside position. After recording 12 sacks as a junior, there's no question that Prevot can get to the quarterback at the high school level, consistently dominating in combine settings, as well.”
