Idaho Stampede wing EJ Singler won the 2014 Boost Mobile All-Star Three-Point Contest during All-Star weekend in New Orleans.
Singler beat Troy Daniels of the Rio Grande Valley Vipers in the final to seal the win. EJ scored 19 in the final round and Daniels scored 18. Daniels shot first and EJ had 17 with just the money ball to go and sank it at the buzzer to win.
The South Medford product and former Oregon Duck has been shooting the ball very well lately for the Stampede. He has made as many seven three-pointers in a game this year. He is shooting 53-108 on the year (49.1%). That is the highest percentage of any player in the NBDL.
The field included: Troy Daniels (Rio Grande Valley), PJ Hairston (Texas), Adonis Thomas (Springfield), Patrick Christopher (Iowa) and 2-time winner Booker Woodfox (Texas).
Congratulations to EJ Singler on winning the Boost Mobile All-Star Three-Point Contest.
